FOR COSYLABS BORNEO SOFA AND WOOLLY

Cosylabs Floor Chairs carry a 3 years limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers and handles, if present) where Cosylabs will repair or replace your Floor Chair, at Cosylabs' discretion.

 

  • Cosylabs' limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:
  1. Foam shrinkage, or sagging of more than one (1) inch
  2. Wear and tear/Defects of the metal hinges inside the chair
  3. Manufacturing defects in the wood
  • The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:
  1. Sagging of the seat due to breakage in springs as sharp application of pressure can break the springs
  2. Damage of chair metal due to misuse and abuse
  3. Fabric and foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns
  4. Fabric Tears due to misuse or abuse, if any
  5. Zippers on the chair, if any
  6. Unauthorized service during the warranty period
  • Steps for warranty claim handling:
  1. Submit claim by emailing home@cosylabs.club
  2. Cosylabs to inspect the received product & confirm on claim status
  3. Cosylabs to repair the Sofa/Chair or provide replacement if repair not possible
  4. Cosylabs will ship the replacement back free of cost or refund as requested.
  • Other terms:
  1. Only the customer who originally bought the Floor Chair and has the invoice in his/her name is eligible for the warranty claim
  2. Floor chairs kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, Cosylabs may refuse to inspect such Floor Chairs and deny the warranty claim
  3. Cosylabs' highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the Sofa/Chair as shown in the original invoice
