Shipping 

CosyLabs provides Free Shipping PAN India for all products ordered on cosylabs.club. Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and shipping times vary from 3-10 Days across the country, including handling and processing. 

Important Note:
1. You will be informed on the date of delivery by Call/SMS. Please cooperate with the delivery person for any scheduling issues.
2. Delivery persons are not responsible for delivering heavy sofas to your doorstep if the Apartment is 3rd floor or higher and there is no Lift Provision. Also, if the sofas do not fit in the stairwell or lift, then delivery persons are not responsible for delivering it to your floor.

Disclaimer : The free shipping provided by CosyLabs is only applicable for successful orders, in which case, the cost of shipping is borne by CosyLabs.

Order Editing/Cancellations:
No changes are permitted to the order 24 hours after order placement as the product is already in the final stages of dispatch. Cancellations are not permitted after 48 hours of order placement. In case the customer chooses to cancel / reject the order after this period, or after it has been shipped ; The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. This can be approximately 5%-10% of product price.

Exchanges

Cosylabs does not allow free exchanges if a customer orders the wrong colours. In such cases, the customer is liable to pay the Shipping Charges for both ways. This cost can be around Rs 1300 one-way for Borneo and about Rs 2000 one-way for Woolly.

Please save the packaging you receive from Cosylabs to ensure the product is properly wrapped before return pickup for exchange. Products will not be picked up without safe and complete packaging by the Shipping Provider. If you have thrown away the packaging then please use a Roll of Corrugated Brown Paper and Shrink Wrap to pack the product properly and ensure Return Pickup happens smoothly.
