Cosylabs is passionate about customer satisfaction and continuously strives to provide the best quality products with unmatched customer service. We understand that there could be rare cases where in you may wish to not go ahead with your purchase or the product doesn’t fulfil your expectation. 

Terms of Returns

Cosylabs follows a return policy for defective items and for buyer remorse, for which the terms are mentioned below:-

1. Overall Policy - A product purchased on Cosylabs is eligible for return within the return period of 10 days from the date of delivery.

2. Damaged Products - Any product noticed as "Received in Physically Damaged Condition or Damage upon Delivery" has to be reported within 48 hours of product delivery, with valid images/video evidence of damage, to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Partial Damages - CosyLabs reserves the right to resolve any return request for In transit damaged part(s) / missing item(s) / wrong item delivered by sending a replacement of the affected part(s) within a stipulated time, free of cost. In case the part is not available, Return and full refund will be initiated.

4. Returns -  In case the product has no defects, the customer can still return the product within the return window of 10 days. However, return shipping is charged for To and Fro shipping. The return shipping fees are dependent on the product size and customer location. Maximum Return charges are Rs 1500 for Borneo, Rs 3000 for Woolly or Rosetta 1.5 Seater, Rs 6000 for any of the big sofas. Chonkers is self-ship for return on the customer's expense.

For products that are damaged in the return process due to improper packaging, the company may charge for damages provided there is evidence of improper handling and packaging by the customer.

Terms of Returns

    4.1. Please note that customers are expected to read the product description and sizes before ordering and returns where customers feel the products are too big, too small, too low as well as reasons such as wrong colour/fabric do not qualify for free returns.

   4.2. As with all dyed fabric, colours can vary slightly from the displayed images and does not qualify for Free Returns.

   4.3. Minor scratches incurred or fraying threads in the fabric are really common in large furnitures and do not qualify for Free Returns.

   4.4. Items bought in sales are not returnable.

   4.5 As sofas are handmade, please expect minor variations from images in stitching, sizes and other aspects of the product. These are not defects.

   4.6 Only one return/replacement is allowed per order. An order once replaced cannot be returned anymore.

5. Exchanges - Cosylabs does not allow free exchanges if a customer orders the wrong colours/fabrics. Exchange and replacement requests must be communicated within 10 Days of receipt of the product. Exchange and replacement products will be dispatched within 2-5 days after the original products are successfully picked up. Deliveries will take 3-10 days pan India. The overall process for exchange may take anywhere from 10-20 days. Please note in such cases, the customer is liable to pay the Shipping Charges for both ways. This cost is mentioned in Point 4.

6. Return Shipping/Packaging - Please save the packaging you receive from Cosylabs to ensure the product is properly wrapped before return. Returns will not be picked up without safe and complete packaging by the Shipping Provider. If you have thrown away the packaging then please use a Roll of Corrugated Brown Paper and Shrink Wrap to pack the product properly and ensure Return Pickup happens smoothly. Please note following products which includes Chonkers and all its variants are excluded from return pickup and must be self-shipped by the customer to our factory locations for return.

7. Excluded Products: Some products are excluded from Returns as mentioned on their product pages. These are products that are made custom as per the order or made to order.

8. Other Terms: If a customer is unresponsive after a return request is generated, our team will attempt to contact the customer again. However if a customer remains unresponsive for a period of 7 working days or until the return window expires then the return/replacement request will be cancelled and no further requests can be raised.

 

Refunds

7. Refunds - All refunds will be processed once the returned items are received Cosylabs' warehouse and QC inspection is finished. Usually this takes between 3-4 days after receipt. 

For all valid Returns, a refund will be issued upon receiving the item back in our warehouse. The refund issued will reflect in your account within 5-7 business Days.
